Spa Yoga
Indulge in our Spa Yoga class, This unique class begins with a 5 minute meditation with reiki.
The room is gently heated, covered with candles and soothing music.
Focussing on inner strength, stretching, and calming breathwork to melt away tension in your body and mind. There are hands on assists throughout class to further relaxation.
This class offers you an opportunity to recharge, connect with your body, breath and reclaim your well being.
Candlelight Yin
Join Serenity for a rejuvenating 75-minute candlelight Yin Yoga class, where tranquility and relaxation take center stage. Immerse yourself in a calming atmosphere, illuminated by soft candlelight, designed to help you unwind and connect deeply with your body and mind.
This practice will guide you through long-held postures, promoting deep stretches. These postures encourage the release of tension while promoting flexibility and mobility. Each participant will receive soothing magnesium lotion to enhance relaxation and support muscle recovery, allowing you to fully embrace the stillness.
Mat Pilates
Based on the 6 STOTT Pilates principals (breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement, head & cervical spine placement, and lower body mobility & stability), this low-impact, full-body workout uses the mat and various props to build lean muscle, increase core strength, and heighten the mind-body connection. Accessible for all levels.
we also offer Wall Pilates- using these same principals but using the wall as added resistance

Stirram sukham asanam - translated steadiness and ease
A vinyasa flow intended to do just that. Positioning the physical body in a steady asana is said to transform the subtle body or mind and sensory energies into steadiness. This class will lead you through a series of poses and sequencing to find that balance. Energize , strengthen and revitalize your body and mind. This class is gently heated and includes an extended shivansana with cool lemon towels.
Followed by an extended savasana.

Yoga Sculpt
We'll do this through mindful repetition, dynamic sequences and bursts of heat, encouraging growth and self-discovery.
This class will have the option to use bands, straps and weights, although we will use a lot of our own body weight for resistance.
Candlelight Flow
Step into our Candlelit Slow Vinyasa class, a sanctuary of calm where movement flows gracefully by the flicker of candlelight.
This class embraces a gentle pace to unwind the body and quiet the mind. Experience the therapeutic benefits of slowing down and still enhancing flexibility and strength.
Restore & Renew
This class will bring you on a journey into deep relaxation and inner peace. With an emphasis on long-held, passive poses, connective tissues are targeted to release deep-seated tension.
In Restore & Renew Yoga, we emphasize stillness and surrender, allowing gravity to gently open the body and create space within. Each pose is held for several minutes, facilitating a meditative experience that enhances flexibility and cultivates mindfulness.

Functional Movement
This Functional Movement Yoga class combines traditional yoga with principles of functional movement, focusing on concentric and eccentric strength to engage the body as a whole. The class uses an "add-on" technique, layering movement patterns to build upon each pose, encouraging a balanced and holistic approach. This flow engages muscles even in stretching, enhancing stability and building strength in all the muscle groups of the body.
