I've gotten pretty much everything done from my hair, nails, waxing and can't wait to get my first facial this year. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional and the atmosphere is everything you'd expect from a spa and more!!"

"My husband and I went 2yrs ago and had an amazing experience. I was 6months pregnant at the time so I got an amazing and relaxing prenatal massage. My husband got an aromatherapy massage and was so relaxed he ended up falling asleep! Ha! We got to still do a couples massage even tho we we're getting different treatments. We had pedicures after and all the staff was so amazing! When we first arrived we had refreshing drinks or tea and changed into soft robes. Sat while waiting in a comfortable and cozy seating area. The whole experience was so great! I would love to go again!!!"

"I have been to the spa for various treatments throughout the years but have never been to the salon. I booked a haircut with the Olaplex treatment and was assigned to Jamie a senior stylist. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted with layers and then blow dried my hair straight and used a flat iron as well. My hair looked fabulous and I received a lot of compliments. Very refreshing to receive a haircut exactly how I wanted. Both the spa and salon services are excellent!"

"I went to Serenity (Medford) for a massage and it was such a great experience. I was a little late but the front desk staff was so kind and attentive. I used the infrared sauna which was such a cool experience and a relaxing 15 minutes before my massage. My massuse was the BEST! So relaxing and focused on exactly what my body needed. "A one stop shop for everything a girl needs! Serenity has been my go-to for they past 6 years now. The services I receive are facials, massages, laser treatment, pedicures, waxing, and hair cut/color/ blow dry. The entire staff is extremely friendly and true professionals in their craft. I look to them for advice on skin routines, hair coloring, etc and they have never steered me wrong! When entering the spa for my treatments I am immediately relaxed and comfortable. Alyssa gave me the best massage and offered tips on how to help relieve back pain at home, Brianna rejuvenated my feet with the most pleasant pedicure, and Karen gave me a luxurious wash and trim and shared her knowledge and expertise throughout. "Brought my husband here for a birthday massage while I got a pedicure. He said the masseuse was great and really did a deep tissue massage like he wanted. I found the pedicure chair super relaxing and the job well done. We both enjoyed the waiting area with a hot towel and beverage options like tea, water and champagne. I love it here, I actually wish the estheticians would be behind schedule so I can have more time to sit in the waiting area because it's so comfortable! The lighting is spot on, the relaxing sounds and aroma are hypnotic and the staff are among the best of the very best. Each staff member is knowledgeable and helpful. You will also find in the front waiting area are beautiful boutique style jewelry and a small rack of one of a kind clothing items also just beautiful! Be sure to stop for hair and skin products. this spa sells top notch as close to medical grade products you can get. I love the refreshing cucumber water and mimosas always offered. My services are always a wax I won't go anywhere else and I wouldn't allow anyone outside of this spa to wax my face l. I strongly suggest getting a facial - My skin felt brand new and I have brought 4 people there who are now permanent clients!"
